So I was playing as a Talon I was doing ok I wasn't fed nor behind my score was 6/5 , and I caught an MF in our jgl so I tried to 1v1 her considering I had more cs and 2 levels above her (I'm level 13 and sh's 11) and her score was 4/4 It should have been easy but the thing is I couldn't kill her in under a second or less but it took me more like 4 sec and I had to flash her ult and I only killed her with my passive after she killed me.
I was playing a game of twitch adc yesterday and I was by no means behind at 5/2 but a 10/3 Talon come running at me and I somehow managed to blow him up before he could do the same to me. They gave the adc's a fighting chance with the reworks but I think they went a little bit overboard with it.

riot is giving ADCs a whole lot of mercy here. catching them out of position by themselves is for some reason no longer a justifiably easy kill; you now need to outplay them even more and you still might die
Talon Combo, Ult AA W Q, would have killed her a simple W Q wouldn't do it.
