Riot give us a straight answer about Talon

so patch 7.1 notes came out and still no one is talking about Talon when he has the lowest winrate among all assassins even though he was one of the 4 main reworked assassins. Why rework him if you're just gonna dumpster him and forget about him. Give us a straight answer about him and don't let us hanging , if Riot does not find Talon intresting enough to Fix him then just tell us already.

you could've at least left us with the old Talon no one was complaining about him, don't get me wrong he had a lot of problems but at least he didn't suck as much as now and you were able to carry games with him if you get fed. With the current Talon I can go 20/2 kills and still die to a 4/7 ezreal wich is bullshit.

the point is the few of us Talon mains out there want to know what are you gonna do with him?

What's wrong with Talon? I find him fun to play and his damage is just allright.

Well, you can't judge champion just because he can't carry/ because he fall of late game. Talon is an early game assassin. You need to create a lead with him, you can waveclear with him pretty well, so if you can't kill your enemy on mid you should go roam to bot or top, so you can create advantages for your team. That's what he is all about, creating advantages. If you have good team and you get ahead, you will win. Sure, Talon will fall of, just like many other champions. He also dont have many tools to deal with tanks just like other assassins. But his mobility is insane. You need to consider your weaknesses and strengths.

He is just a very balanced champion in a world of, well, you know, right? He may feel a bit weak, but not for me. When I play him I always get huge. And I have a lot of fun with him, so I don't really care if I lose when the game is good. I am not Talon main, so I can't really judge how he is right now. In my honest opinion I think he is good. Remember when he got reworked? Everyone said that he is OP and broken. Then players learned how to play against him and whoop, he is weak. I think it's just because people need to learn how to play him to his greatest potential as well. And it may take some time.

And pros, well... we are not pros, we are average players. What works in worlds won't work in soloQ and vice versa. And you just can't judge champion because pro player lost a game with him. They lose as well. And Faker just lost against main support in 1v1 Yasuo mirror match. So we now know he is human, too. xD

Talon 46% Akali 46% Zed 47% Fizz 47% Katarina 47%

Even Rengar and Kha'zix have below 50% winrates, and people claim they're the only assassins that made it through the rework alive.

The rework was an all around nerf to all assassins. The death of ArPen ADCs has led to the rise of classic crit ADCs, and the new assassins can't kill them lategame even 1v1. And on top of that, you have a ton of powerful, cheap support items that can nullify an assassin, and that's not even counting champions like Janna/Lulu/Karma/Ivern that completely dumpster assassins as is.

Yeah a revert honestly would be best, like they're considering with Rengar.

New talon sucks nuts, drop a full combo mid-late and only do half of a carry's life, then immediately explode.
