And pretty much never had more than 50.21% with a silly low pickrate

She's not in a good state, not at all, and it's the reason why she will get changes in preseason (hopefully? i don't really remember when they said they would work on her), so please stop saying she's fine and doesn't need buffs, you're not helping at all.

There were many people who also said Ashe was """"fine"""" and didn't need buffs, guess what? Her rework made her funnier and stronger, and Ashe even had 54% winrate lol, far higher than 47.81%

Maybe her core item/build is in the state of being UP or something. Or maybe it's her counter currently dominating meta.

Other than that, low pick and ban rate do seem to indicate the champ being rather weak, for the most part.

MF is somewhat of a lane bully. She has logically good matchups VS popular ADCs like Vayne and Trist. She just has so little power right now that she can't actually fill that role.

I disagree- I don't think she's necessarily a lane bully first of all. She's a jack of all trades, master of none, but I do think she can successfully abuse her range and Q to a good effect. Her main problem is actually after the laning phase. Her mid game ult is strong but it's hard to get a good one off, and without MF's ult she's really nothing. She might be able to 1v1 twitch in his current state. Do a teensy bit of damage in teamfights.

Basically, she's fantastic in wombo-combo comps and kinda sad outside of them. The meta we're in right now has a lot of picks and a lot less 5v5s, so it stands she's not gonna do too well.

I agree, I main support and I have never felt bullied by MF (or like a bully with her on my team), in fact I often feel her early game is really weak. However, when the team she is on a wombo combo team she tends to do really well in the mid/late game.

At least historically when MF has worked she's been a lane bully. Her Q harass off of farm allows her to bully out some ADCs even in her current state.

Basically, she's fantastic in wombo-combo comps and kinda sad outside of them.

I'd still question running her over Twitch , Graves , Ashe (for the set up) or even Ezreal even in wombo comps. The main difference is that the other guys do something if you don't get the wombo off.

Honestly I think she was stronger pre "rework".

Her Q feels worse to me, it seems like the cone is just too small. Also gaining back your passive on activating W is worthless, you can be hit by a damn caster and it just becomes worthless.
