Huge changes need to be made in this game and now is the tine

First off there are bugs which may or may not be game breaking

Second off damage is through the roof. Resistances don't feel like they are doing anything at all. Every single champion is doing too much damage.

Adcs have become a joke. The almighty adc has fallen. The entire game revolves around this class and they are outclassed by ziggs in every scinereio.

Tanks are not tanky anymore due to too much damage. Every tank is either a Juggernaut or poppy.

Items are finally the closest they have ever gotten to balenced but they could still use some tweaking.
