Fizz Still Broken

So let's get his description out there. He's a tank bruiser with assassin damage and mobility. You can dodge his ult, doesn't matter, he doesn't need it. He auto attacks you and brings you down to 200hp from max, then you bleed out. You can't escape him because he has the Cooldowns and dashes of Riven combined with being untargetable so you can forget about jumping over walls, flashing, knocking him back, or stunning him. You can also forget about going under turret because the turret(s) won't target him either by the time you're dead. Let's look at his "Tips" against Fizz and the translations to what they really mean.

Lol. This means do not fight Fizz.

Fizz is great at long skirmishes; don't chase Fizz if you can't help it!

Don't fight Fizz.

Also, from the GIF I put in, it doesn't seem like that was a very long "Skirmish". Was really just him pressing W and then pressing Q as he was untargetable.
