my honor doesn't level up ?!

So... i was kinda stupid and for the first time in 4 years i got my first ban (10 game chat) and .. my honor was dropped to 1 (i was 2) and after some games i unlocked the rewards again .
and i thought ... playing bot games means u end games faster .. and u get more honor at the end of the day... but for 3 weeks now .. my honor doesn't go to level 2 ... some help?

u dont progress if u play bot games u must consistently get honored by your team LOL.
