Bond of Stone and Kassadin's passive question
Are the % damage they reduce, premitigation or postmitigation ?
For example, if a 
has MR that reduces that damage he takes by 15%, will the total reduction be ~17% or 30% ?

they were kinda separate questions, but basically: if those damage reducing masteries/passives work before or after resistances
so a 15% from MR + 15% from passive (or BoS), the question would be, if the 15% from passive would act upon a 100% incoming damage or if it is a 15% of the remaining 85%.
and if bond of stone and stuff like Kassadin's passive act the same way.
Icestar11861 votesIt always stacks multiplicatively. 15% reduction = 85% damage actually taken so he takes 85% * 85% = ~72% damage, meaning ~22% reduction.
