I think most people can agree that in general, Rhaast is more powerful than Shadow Assassin. Be it because of the healing and big damage, Rhaast just being more reliable into more comps, etc. I think one of these should happen to make the forms a little more equal, which one do you think?
Slythrin Umbreon3 votesI think Shadow Assassin needs a small rework. It's just such an undesirable jungler kit, whatever that thing he did with his Q just wasn't useful enough. I can't even remember what it was, it's been so long. And the whole move through walls thing doesn't bring anything that Kha'zix, Rengar, Nidalee, Xin Xhao, any assassin or even Rhaast doesn't. They were more focused on making a cool unique champ then making a viable jungler.
It seems like Nerfing Rhaast would just wreck Kanye as a champion, while buffing blue would just be pointless until we overbuff him so much it doesn't matter.
boricCentaur12 votesLower red kayns base damage but increase he's percent health so he is more focused as a tank killer and for blue maybe a small shield when he qs or just increase he's numbers. I dont think kayn red or blue need any nerfs but red just does to much compare to blue.

take the weakest champion in the game, cut it's power by a quarter to a half, and make that your reference point for "balanced"

Ðellons1 votesSince patch 9.8, shadow assassin has gotten a major buff to his ult. it goes out farther and his E is set to 8 Sec at all ranks which is really insane considering the fact that the old max was 13 seconds. if you have 40 CDR as shadow assassin it's cool down is 4 seconds allowing you to murder any squishy champ you want.
