Could it be adjusted so that Mana Coins aren't collected if you're at 100% mana? There are some lane match-ups where I'm a lot more passive for large enough moments of time that I'm not expending my mana.

I'm concerned about the pickup radius on the passive supports, but that's not what the post is shooting to address.
