I thought of new keystones/secondary runes in case we ever want to change some current runes

Inspiration keystone idea: Hextech Cripple-tron 3000

  • Every 12 seconds, the next crowd control effect you use on an enemy will be increased in duration by 15%
  • If another crowd control effect from any source is successfully applied to the enemy during your crowd control effect, you regain 10% of your missing mana/energy (5% missing health if you dont use either of them) and the enemy takes 10-180 (+15% AP, 35% Bonus AD) bonus true damage.

(Lets say you're playing lux and you snare an enemy. If you E the enemy during your snare, or use a slowing item active, or someone on your team applies a CC-effect to the enemy during your snare (lets say, a jhin W), you regain mana and the target takes true damage."

Inspiration Secondary Rune Ideas

  • Stockpile: After completing your first legendary item, gain a permanent 25 gold reduction on all future non-consumable purchases. This reduction increases by 5 for every subsequent legendary item completed after the first.

T2 Boots will count as legendary items for this purpose.

  • Vision Controller: Placing a control ward or using either of the red trinkets will send out a pulse in a 3000 radius around you that disables all sources of vision it touches (will deactivate traps for the duration) for 3 seconds. (60 second cooldown.)

This will go on a reduced 30 second cooldown if it disables/finds nothing.

  • Hextech Manipulator: Hextech item active cooldowns will be reduced to 30 seconds (from 40). In addition, using a Hextech item active will no longer place other hextech item actives on a 40 second cooldown, instead, it will place them on a 10 second cooldown.

Example: using hextech GLP will place GLP on a 30 second cooldown, while protobelt and gunblade will be placed on a 10 second cooldown.

  • Sabotager: Damage over Time (DoT) effects have 8% reduced effect on you. Applying a Damage over Time (DoT) effect on an enemy will lower the enemy's damage output by 8% for the duration.

Sorcery Keystone Idea: Lunar Calling

Inflicting a crowd control effect on an enemy will deal 20-122 (+15% AP) (based on level) bonus magic or physical (adaptive) over 2.5 seconds and reveal the enemy for the first 1 second. No cooldown (which i think is fair because it is low damage over time that only applies on cc abilities.)

Lunar Calling having no CD.... I get the feeling it would be a little bit broken on some champs, for example: Lissandra

She would have to wait 2.5 seconds after using one cc ability to use another one if she wants full affect from it, so i think its a fair tradeoff.

Lunar calling seems so broken on supports tbh. It feels like a better thunderlord since most sups have 2 or more cc. Leonas and nautilus would be so op since they have like 3 cc each. Hextech cripleton also seems to be a bit abusive on some champs like malzahar since he has cc on his q and he can ult for even more 1 shot potential. In all, they are decent ideas but they do make it only usable on certain champions and they need a lot of tuning to be balanced.
