If can't go over walls, that means if you WARD YOU can SEE it coming before hand, meaning CC, STuns, Or Hell personal Favorite is go the OTHER way..you will be fine.

That's still basically a mini-flash - often times this is all the dash range you'll need to escape a gank. Not even mentioning also will be used to avoid CC skillshots that would normally kill them (like hooks, elise snare, etc).

Well I didn't mean it specifically for Annie, my post was more about pointing out my opinion that it's potential added escape seems very strong and annoying on a lot of mages that otherwise are currently considered immobile

i wont .. rush an item just for 80 ap it's bad on annie you wont be able to do 50% hp burst but let along 1shot some1 and if her ult gettin reworked 1shoting some1 might be in the past .. ugh maybe 3-4 th item or a situatinal item where you have to kite alot . i have a feeling that a lot of kids from b5 will cry for saying this but it does not look that great for Annie . We will have to live and see :\ :) Akali Katarina might abuse this item .

It's gonna be such a shit storm if it goes through. The dash itself is bad enough but it also deals damage...you know....just in case having a free flash ult on champs like annie isn't bad enough. Think about it...the game is actually gonna be balanced around this...ew
