Been like it for 4 years now. It is a big issue but Riot have not found a real solution and the community doesn't try to help it either. It's literally impossible at this point. You rather grit your teeth and keep playing or quit and find another game which actually isn't such a bad idea, taking a break from LoL can make things a lot easier to handle when you play LoL again.
