How does Riot plan to balance the current Rengar without gutting him?

I honestly cannot see how. He is perma banned not only in Solo Q, but in LCS as well. His numbers are not that insane. His win rate is not that amazing. Yet his kit is super toxic. -His ult may be predictable, but it gives him insane speed. -If you lower/remove the MS, his ult will be useless. -If you remove the crit or lower his damage, he will be a tank (no one wants that). -If you nerf his W he will explode in teamfights faster than ever.

if they remove the qss on his w i wouldn't fucking hate him you don't need to remove the ridiculous heal

Remove the CC immunity and replacing it with a slow immunity will already be a right step in the right direction. He's essentially picked because he is a broken bruiser right now.
