@Meddler thoughts on lee sin currently?

Even lee sin players with 100+ games are only winning 49% of their games. How do you guys currently feel on his balance state D: ? Are there any thoughts to gieb him some love in the future?

Is there any way to buff the cd if you W to a ward/minion, but have the same CD if you go to a champion? I think this would be an alright buff without doing too much, currently W'ing to a minion/ward is extremely punishing if you need to W again. I feel the cd when going to a champion or self W'ing is fine and would probably be too strong if it were up any more due to the LS/SV

Using W to a ward should feel very punishing.

Then use your Q.

If you can't use your Q (either nothing to use it on or on CD) and you used w, and you are in trouble that is your own fault.
