like what its 10 seconds or something, should it really be that long? and should it really only be "if you would see him normally raduis?

10 seconds is not that long, I dont play rengar however I can think like a rengar. You use your ult when you feel it's a good time, what if the enemy clumps up right as you use it, then what it runs out in 5 seconds? No you have to wait then pounce, that's the idea of his ult.

I play a lot of rengar (lately at least) and his ult is fine. He is in a good spot, he does not need buffs or nerfs IMO (his win rate is fine too).
