About Giant Slayer passive on Lord Dominik's Regards

Profirix··1 votes·1,281 views

For those of you that are not aware, current PBE build: Lord Dominik's Regards > > 2700 Gold > +40 Attack Damage > UNIQUE Passive - Giant Slayer: Grants up to 15% physical damage against enemy champions with greater maximum health than you (+1.5% damage per 50 health difference, maxing at 500 health difference). > UNIQUE Passive - Last Whisper: +40% Bonus Armor Penetration.

Does the passive only apply to basic attacks, or does it apply to abilities that are modified by physical damage as well? For example, if Kha'zix got this item, would his Taste Their Fear (Q) be modified to do an increased 15% physical damage to a target with 500 more health than he has?

Well if it states physical damage, I would imagine all physical damage is included, no exceptions.
