Simple Quinn Buff / QoL Change
Have her Q and E trigger her passive. That's all.

Q maybe, E rather not.
No love for Quinn?
Ummm, her E applies her passive, so having it trigger it would kinda make her OP (coming from a hardcore Quinn player). Same thing with the Q.
Or . . . you could just auto before and after you E. If they back off before you can get in range for the combo, consider them zoned, let it pass, and farm.
Quinn does need help. Starting with bug-fixes, and maybe a few passive tweaks so that Valor doesn't mark dying/dead minions. She'll probably need some buffs, even then (though top-laners will probably be unhappy with me for saying that). But not this. This doesn't really accomplish anything other than lowering her skill cap.
Still, kudos on being creative and offering solutions. By golly, we WILL get Quinn into the LCS one day!
