For the first keystone:

IGNITE STACKING???

Distortion is great but I could see Riot going "an ADC can't take this keystone, so it's a no-go"

That Assassin rune would just make the Duskblade-passive problem even WORSE

For bringing back Courage, I'd honestly like to bring it back, but it probably needs a bigger health ratio to widen the possible usage of it from exclusively tanks to possibly including some Fighters and Divers

Yea I thought about that but then I decided that if you can double barrier, it pretty much cancels out two ignites anyways. Heal already has reduction from multiple uses, so it's perfectly balanced for a double cast as is. Double casting Ghost wouldn't give you anymore movement speed, so no advantage to be had there. Double cast Flash opens up a lot of interesting game play, so I hardly see that being a real problem.

The only problem child might be Teleport, but from there you have to decide if it actually opens up more interesting game play or is something that shouldn't be allowed. If anything they could add that the rune won't work with Teleport. Personally, I think it would be pretty cool to allow Top laners to do something like Teleport somewhere else around the map and still have it to get back to lane again. The keystone is also gated by boots, which means there are two choices -- trade off your starting item and lose damage so you can utilize the rune early, or have the early lane advantage and wait until later to capitalize on the keystone. Basically, there are a vast amount of ways where this as a keystone could be used, and none of them really would give more advantage.

As for the other comments.. Duskblade really isn't a problem (yet). After Stormrazor is released I don't know if I'll be able to still feel that way, but for now I think stealth on kill is actually balanced since it doesn't have any other effects tied to it (no movement speed, damage, etc.) and if it ends on casting or attacking, there's less room for abuse by champions who already have stealth components in their kit (Kha'zix, Rengar, etc).

Distortion could be used on any caster Marksman, so I'm not sure why you would be led to think that it couldn't be used by them. Heck, even Vayne could use it because her E is an ability (although questionable viability with the other Precision runes being much better). The thought behind it is, champions who want to trade get rewarded. The Keystone starts off the weakest out of all of them, then rewards constant trading with increased damage and duration. It's something really lacking currently as the damage in all of the Keystones available is front loaded (3 hits and boom, huge burst of damage). That's not a pattern every champion utilizes, so naturally champions who instant kill or have large scalings, have a bigger advantage.

I have a suggestions

New resolve keystone

It's called hot potato

You store damage dealt to you up to 20-360 based on level + 20% hp which decays after not taking any damage for 10 seconds (deals tripple damage to ranged enemies)

Once you reach maximum capacity of damage stored the next enemy that damages you gets zapped taking the amount of damage stored as physical, magical or true damage depending on which type of damage was used to damage you.
