I know it's only useful on ADCs and some Fighters but that 12% damage reduction and free movespeed passive can be the difference between life and death and some duels. I've found it especially useful on champions like Jhin, Vayne, GP, hell I've even tried it on Rengar and Master Yi and it makes them much better duelists coupled with the Warrior enchantment smite.

Edit: On a serious note, I didn't think this was a bad notion to have. I know many people on these boards, you included are more experienced and deal with how tough some items/champions become in the right hands, I simply made this cause people in lower elos like mine don't really play around too much with different items.

It's now being taken over Statikk on Yasuo because it's simply better in most situations and gives better stats (the only reason I can think of building Statikk is when you want to shove your lane in harder because enemy laner can't farm well under turret, or well at all due to inferior waveclear). Jhin can't really make use of the passives as effectively as others can, but the raw stats it gives him becomes amplified due to his passive (more attack speed = more attack damage). There's Graves and his annoying PD + DD rush. I'd say it's pretty important on Vayne.
