Instead of making Juggernauts broken Riot should stop giving so much mobility to every champion

There is basically no way to make immobile juggernauts viable without breaking them, when every new champion release and rework/update comes with multiple dashes or some form of hyper mobility/untargetability.

There is no reason that a Juggernaut like Cho should do more damage than an assassin once they actually manage to get in range just because Riot decided to make everything mobile asf.

its kindof too late for that. what are you gonna do? rework 50% of the champions in this game and remove their mobility?

for example what they did with garen wasnt broken. it was pretty genius and probably what they should do for other juggs aswell in one shape or another. i think windows of tenacity could be a fair solution to make cc + mobility not too crazy and punishing for them, but also still effective.

as far as cho goes, hes kindof an abomination. he was fine as a tank with a damage ult (even though a bit on the weak side, since his cc was too unreliable). hes not fine as a tank+juggernaut after his e changes.

they should really just remove the % damage from chogath e (or its scaling at the very least), and make his silence a bit more reliable. maybe improve his q and w cooldown scaling. push him back into the role of a tank.

Meh, Juggernauts are supposed to be among the most durable and highest damage dealers in the game. Their weaknesses are clear and exploitable, I don't have a problem with it.

I think we should focus on keeping non juggernauts from those power levels when they don't have the same clear weaknesses.
