Ezreal feels a little weak.

IDK what it is, but he just feels really weak compared to other ADC's. Another thing is that AP Ezreal is borderline useless now. I spent a lot of my time to get enough Ip for Ezreal, so you can imagine i wasn't happy. I was convinced i was playing him wrong, the next day i watched a ton of guide and build videos and it turns out that i was actually playing him right. I know im gonna get all the people that are like "his long range poke is OP, you're insane." The fact is, almost every other adc right now is just plain better.

Ok here is the deal.. Ezreal is not a hyper carry. Ezreal is not supposed to be dealing the damage of virtually every other ADC. Especially his blue build.

Blue Ezreal you see today is a poke champion. He is not a carry. So when you see people locking in blue ezreal, know they are locking in less dps.

Now someone is going to say "well look at post game champion damage done Ezreal did the most". Again Ezreal is a kite / poke champion. Those stats do not show statistics on a per fight basis (would be awesome if they did). You are looking at data which includes the entire game and all the fairly pointless Q poke he does throughout 70% of the game.

If you could just see damage for just a teamfight, Ezreal would be very low.

Lots of people in Bronze and Silver like to play Ezreal because of his mobility and ability to get out of ganks. They put high value on their ability to "die less". At the expense of alot of damage.

He's also a popular pick for higher rated play for some of the same reasons, with his safety which is partly attached to mobility, he also has good poke, chase down and disengage power with IBG on his long range Q, which is also why he's a safe ADC

Absolutely. Of course I would have to assume that at the higher level of play, teams are knowledgeable enough to know to play around him at some capacity.

Blue ezeral is the cancer that is rotting league away. Ezeral is not weak when he can peel for home self better than any other adc.

That's because he is supposed to, the dude builds a mana item first compared to raw AD. He trades power for slowing people at a distance and blinking away if he needs to

Blue Ez is a god tier ADC right now... what are you smoking... While his early game is lackluster (starting from behind due to tear) , when he builds fist he can kite people for days.

He does require mechanical prowess to execute properly, so that is really not the best pick for new players. However, blue Ez rocks the ADC tops in Korea as well as high elo games in general.

AP ez, tho, as you mentioned, is not that good right now, but that's because Riot specifically nerfed him to be so.

It's funny because he's one of the best ADCs right now. He's by far the safest one in the fact that he doesn't even have to auto a whole lot to do an insane amount of damage. When you're constantly popping of 500+ damage Qs that slow the enemy while being able to blink away at the first sign of danger, it's almost impossible to fail with him. It is impossible to solo Ezreal past the 20 minute mark and any carries getting hit by his Q get poked down by an insane amount and are generally forced to back.
