Before you say "45 cs" , look at the time.
24 kills in 12 minutes with 11 assists isn't S+ worthy, or even S?
Just seems like it is ENTIRELY about farm, rather than any other aspect of the game.

It doesn't seem to factor in URF from what I have gathered, at least not noticeably.
