Unfortunately Braum and Annie aren't going very far, cuz Thresh's position doesn't change how far he pulls his target, nor does Braum's destination change as his target moves. But everyone else, assuming absolutely perfect timing, should end up in 2 clumps: one group containing, Ryze, Blitz, Teemo, Vi, Nocturne, and Shen and Zed assuming Shen ulted fairly late and teleported after Teemo landed from Poppy ult. Thresh, Kalista, Tahm, Skarner, and Poppy should all end up pretty close to Ryze's start location.
