I was just thinking about how it's annoying to play top lane against 
who most people will just split push all game and even when you're auto attacking them under tower, he'll still continue to hit away at your tower and use ult to do more tower dmg and escape and just resume doing that all game. I thought of a possible solution and this could apply to all champs as well of course. the solution is simply make towers target those that you auto attack.
AnAggravatedPimp1 votesDo towers still target you if you hit an enemy under their tower? Becacuse if yes then you turn laning phase into a game of "whoever can get the wave under/near their tower first, wins"
If no then prepare to get chain CC'd so that you can never get the AA off that procs tower aggro.
