Never actually thought about using it. His passive already gives an insane MS buff, and he doesn't really have the burst outside of his ulti to consistently proc stormriders.

its only 30% of the enemys health in 2.5 seconds. AP ekko can do it

Ekko kinda needs all the damage he can get, so storm raiders isn't a luxury he could really afford (assuming you're not based Ekko God who can get uber fed in under 6 minutes every game)

Thunderlords is good early on.

HOWEVER, Stormraiders ends up outscaling with its utility. Adding up that movement speed on top of his passive movement speed is REALLY strong. I run Stormraider's on Ekko all the time
