Can we stop giving champions zero counterplay?
First we had
Now we have
Riot has been on a counterplay crusade yet they hypocritically release these two?
We can even throw in
grounding effect on there. Like wtf?

You know Cass had that same grounding effect over a year now right? And it's lane wide and slow up to 80% for 5 seconds. Singed has less slow and less duration. And he stops moving while casting it. The only benefit being that he is flexible in where he throws it. In many ways it was a nerf.
Camille has counterplay. She was just overtuned at start. Currently in the dumpster.
Urgot isn't even out yet and you complain about lack of counterplay? HES A JUGGERNAUT!
First
isnt super tank and anyone can easily kill her. Also she doesnt follow up by flinging you into her team.
right because every team has an
to kick her out of her ult. Thats not counterplay.
so if I get below a certain hp (which is not even that low) I automatically die. Shields, heals, do nothing. wtf?

Both Camille and Urgot ult can be countered by simply killing them. Furthermore, Camille can be cc'd during her ult. You can even go golden and wait it out.
Thats a new level of counterplay, just kill them hehe
Fuffychan, are you ok? You have been posting some exceptionally salty things recently.
Camille and Singed are disgusting examples of poor balance and they should have never hit the live servers in their original and buffed states, respectively. I can agree with you on those two. However, Urgot hasn't even made it to live and you're already calling him broken, which is silly considering the fact that the vast majority of players haven't even played him yet. I don't believe that Riot intentionally creates champions with the sole purpose of giving them zero counter-play but they do slip up far more often than they should when balancing champions and that's inexcusable.

Take
for example, his ult sounds super bullsh-- on paper, but has plenty of fair counterplay. Maybe too much in fact.
"get below a certain hp and automatically die" is stupid. Its not even something like 10%, its 25%? So heals, shields, nothing?

It's a skillshot. You can juke it, or flash if need be.

Hey we got the "just dodge it" guy.
Everything is balanced if skillshot.
well you can also CC him so he can't reactivate his ult and pull you in, you can QSS the pull and not die, if a kind/bard/kayle ults for you you won't die, if you're trynd and press R you won't die, fiora can parry the chains, etc

It's a balancing factor, yes. Especially for a 120-70 second cooldown ability. The fact that the execute is a channel as well, leaving him vulnerable is another. 100 mana cost on a champ that doesn't build mana or mana regen is another.
That is why a smart
will either wait till they die to cast their ult or do it far from the enemies. Also it's a 5 minute cooldown level 1.
Escheton is right. If you miss the skill shot, then you do no damage. We can discuss hypothetical scenarios as much as we'd like but the only thing that actually matters at the end of the day are Urgot's numbers. Riot has a decent idea of how well-tuned he is from internal data but no one will actually know how good he truly is until he makes it to live and high elo players get the chance to try him out.
