This includes any champion without a dash, teleport, or speex boost that gives below 50% boost. Champions who would get this include:

Each would get bonus movement speed, ranging from 0.5 per level to 2 per level depending on how much poke they have and how low mobility they are with a few other factors as well such as how oppressive they are.

Singed because he is incredibly reliant on movement speed and is outclassed currently in majority of situations.

If Riot gave singed move speed per level i would go to the Riot offices and personally shit on their desks.

Singed is annoying enough the way he is no need to make him even more annoying.

Its also annoying to never be able to gank Katarinas or Azirs because "muh dashes".

Everything is annoying in this game. Some champions just need a boost to be as annoying as others.

I am not sure that you realise quite how powerful movement speed is... This is over the top.

To add to that, in another meta, many of these champions are OP. To buff them in this way risks horrors next time the meta shifts.

Almost all of those guys have either built in MS steroids already, or hard CC and kill power. Straight buffing their mobility is a bad idea.

I'd rather see more ays for them to reduce CC or atleast slows, and most of all the MS-softcap needs to get raised. most of those champs already reach the softcap from theire base+boots+kit, which means that any movementspeed from other sources will be reduced by 20%, if yu tryy to stack ms even by 50%. This means that most 'mobile' melees(thos with gapclosers) actually profit more from building aditional ms, as they won't reach the softcap by building an item like trinity. However, gapclosere less melees have no option for mobillity other than ms-bonus, leaving them at a disadvantage not only because of how strong gapclosers are, but simply cause of the softcap for ms.
