Viktor sucks
His passive, which is suppose to give him an advantage, turns out to be just a determent because it gives no mana and no cooldown reduction when every mage in the game is rushing morellos. Lost chapter costs 900 gold and solves pretty much all mana problems for mages while viktor has to save 1250 just so he can get a chance to clear waves.
When are you going to add more mana or give cdr to the hexcore Riot. It's not that difficult.
, and even though he doesn't have a lot of early pressure he makes up for because lategame he scales like a monster
