Can we give Darius a mana per level or mana regen buff?

Honestly speaking, it's really really bad, he has really low mana regen and his mana per level along with base mana isn't anything to brag about.

Maybe increasing his mana regen to 8 at base or maybe giving him 50 mana per level?

The supports.

You know.. the ones that use ONE ability and 0 mana.

His mana costs are really low except for his R which is 100. I think his low mana is to prevent really insane early game snowball issues since, given the opportunity, Darius can "bunny hop" a team extremely effectively early on in the game.

Nope, his costs are high in the early game for a reason. His mana costs do not scale (except his lowcosting W)

That's an incredibly dangerous buff, though it may not look like it. Darius is still an insane lane bully who will chunk you if he lands a well-ranked Q; the only things that make him mildly playable against in lane are his weakness to ganks and his mana bar. Buffing his mana at early levels would make him even more unbearable.... late game usually it's not an issue since so many great tank items give mana (the new Righteous Glory that builds out of catalyst is really great on him).

Nah, that's a designed weakness and should be there.

Don't be stupid with Qs and do not use an E that you aren't 100% will hit unless you're 80%+ on mana. You can also always shove a lane and b for mana with Q if you need to, but you have to know in advance what's up.

Worst case, you can try the flask start. But tbh, I've never had problems staying in lane for long periods of time, just be conservative and make your abilities count.
