nidalee? yasuo? what do u think? i will ban yasuo every single game, hopefully riven gets 100% banned too and the rest will be just the usual ranged cancer.

Technically, banning champions you don't personally like to play against is the reason bans exist. However, since Riot's ability to balance the game is tenuous at best bans often get used to get rid of champions that are clearly head and shoulders above the competition.

When we get ten bans, most of them will probably still be used to do Riot's job and remove an unhealthy champion from the match. However, personal bans will be able to wiggle their way in as long as Riot can keep the number of overly strong champs under ten. So hypothetically, you should be able to ban out all the top-tier champs and still be able to get rid of Yasuo at the same time.

Everybody wins. Except Yasuo mains. And I'm okay with that.

Except the reason bans exist is to get rid of champs that would ruin your team comp. It's just that our player base is too self centered to ban things for the team, and bans things they don't like instead

nidalee is a garbage tier champion in solo queue, yasuo permabanned, riven is not a problem.

nidalee is a smurfs champ, same with leblanc khazix etc. but the cancer that spreads across the map is nidalee

My current favorite bans are these

Yasuo Kennen Zac Caitlyn Annie

Not the most OP champs, but all have mechanics that trigger me. Nothing like stepping on a trap and getting poked for 1/2 my hp and she doesn't even have to miss a minion b/c of auto reset. OR getting Annie flashed instagibbed.

Yasuo for sure. Zed will probably be close. Zac is a good contender as well. EDIT: Vayne and the assassins that come out overpowered from the update will be good contenders too.

The issue with yasuo is not his kit. But his base stats add this point in time.

... as a Nidalee main i'm not worried at all... not for solo/duo que..

seeing her banned in flex que more often wouldn't surprise me. but i dont care about that.

becuase the reason WHY nidalee is "godlike" in lcs and worlds. is BECAUSE whenever she ganks her teammates (with voice chat) can set up a CC on the target at the perfect time for her to land an near impossible to miss spear.

i can tell you as a nidalee main.. that NEVER happens in solo que.

95% of the counterplay nid has goes out the window when your have a CC target to throw a spear at.

and nidalee CAN NOT CC her own target.

the reason nidalee is 100% pick ban in worlds is because WHEN you have a 5 man team with voice chat, that is where nidalee shines.

nidalee is one of the WORST champ in the game to try to solo carry with. becuase even if you are 15/0 and the enemy only have 3 kills each.. you cant stop them from seiging, and you can't pounce in 1v5.

all the enemy team has to do is "group" and nidalee cant touch them, sure she can throw spears.. but she wont ever be able to pounce in...

and a nidalee just throwing spear all day is just an gutted version of pre-rework nid.
