Chances are, these are the people with trust issues. They get no back up on their engages, and then get focused down, and they get flamed for having the most deaths. (so they end up taking fewer risks) Also, they could have taken the tank role just because someone said "we need a tank" without actually being comfortable in that role.
But since Riot is sub dividing the Tank role, I should probably point out that Naut would fall under the sphere of a Vanguard. And Vanguards arn't really designed to intercept damage made for their teammates. (Unlike Wardens such as Braum) In contrast, they are designed to initiate a teamfight. And in that sense, the only way they soak up damage is how much disruption the can dish out.
sorry, I'd love to tank but their ADC bought dominiks so I don't get to exist in teamfights anymore

Look flame all you want, You're not tanking for the team, you're dying to much, you bought tank stuff instead of a sightstone.
This one jhin kept harrasing me to buy a sightstone when I allways start with a sunfire cape on Naut. But it was my fault he kept getting caught by leon's hook because I didn't buy a sightstone.
There is this thing called deflection when you're playing badly don't pick a part your team and remember the other team may just be better players.

Thanks for the tip, buy the time I get it built a tower is down, and I am running around doing minion clean up. I don't know why but after the first turret to go down there is allways a tf mentality lanning goes to $#!+, and it helps me clean up winion waves quickly enough to get back to tanking.
Because as a support everything is your fault, so get at it be everywhere at once...
