Just rejoined League after a pretty long hiatus. So far it seems his clears are still pretty abysmal, even with points into E, and frequently gets invaded.
Biggest issue is that he seems to have little room to work if his team isn't already winning. If his team is losing, he won't have vision control and his ultimate gets neutered.
you do know he's a support, right?
A very frustrating support, not particularly hard to deal with but just annoying because of his E which doesn't require vision for some reason and will target both invisible and unseen targets because reasons. It's a very safe and hard to punish form of poke and is just annoying.
While I can't speak for jungle fiddlesticks, I personally treat him in the same way I treat shaco. It's all about frustrating your opponent into a sloppy move. He's surprisingly good at area denial and always leaves lane on his own terms on account of that wonderful drain.
Also, he's such a hard counter to assassins save for fizz.
