Riven changes Reverted, replaced with Q CD up but Shield CD down.

These are looking considerably better than before, along with more downtime on her Qs.

Basically just a revert of the nerf they did to her LOL
Still completely unwarranted buffs, but they gotta sell more of those prestige skins.
She's basically back to where she was before the first "nerf" she got.
her E is cancer she can literally Q W AA me under my tower for free because of that cancer shield
I think Riot has totally forgotten about Riven's passive. You get a champion who can spam abilities and say "yeah thats fine but she lacks reasons to auto attack, might as well give her 15+ ad lvl 1!". Give her real cooldowns on Q and nerf her early damage to give melee champions actuall reason to be picked vs her.
Yes, this will definitely help. This fixes everything overpowered about Riven
Acceptable, if they made her R more of an aoe nuke and less of an execute we would have had problems...
