Out of all factors, which do you believe is the most common that usually leads to a loss?

My top 3:

1. Inability to come together as a team.
2. Being on tilt.
3. Poorly managed champion select.

Bad Communication and/or Not taking objectives when you can.

1. DCs/AFKs
2. Tilt for sure
3. Lack of communication and objective mindset
4. Really bad champion selection

I just won a game because the Riven I was laning against AFK'd (I killed her in a kinda cheesy way, but it might have been a DC so idk). They would have won if that Riven stuck around

That one guy in draft who says absolutely nothing as 4th-5th pick, then picks like or something when there's no position left that he could POSSIBLY play.
