May I ask the few Platinum and Diamond players who surf the boards
You guys seem to be the only guys who keep Xin Zhao's win rate below 50%
What are your tips to beating him since he is destroying low elo.

Pick him, bann or end the game before he can 1vs5 your whole team , becouse everyone are trying to fight him 1vs1 and saying that hes broken afterwards....
Edited: actualy Xin isn't the problem, if hes already fed, in bronze-silver you should try splitpushing and taking inhibitors by yourself, becouse people there has no map awarness. And obviously, don't miss oportunitys to do baron, wich can win you the game.
I haven't actually gone against one yet. I've had one on my team, and the game ended before he finished his 3rd item, so I never saw him 1v3'ing anyone.
Not the requested elo but as a Diamond friend once told me if you don't want to deal with someone just ban them. Simple and works. I really do think it's time Riot gave more than 3 bans. It might have been enough in the past but we have so many champions now that banning 6 total still leaves a lot open. It's great if you have a full team of 5 friends and can plan your picks and bans but in reality that isn't happening a lot and you have people banning who they hate to go against and banning those the LCS players ban.
3 replies and no real answers? For shame boards, for shame. Anyways...
While Xin is very good right now and is extremely strong once he gets his items, there's a few things you should understand about Xin.
Xin is a pretty slow farmer and is highly reliant on early kills to get his Devourer, and by extension his Sated in a reasonable amount of time.
Xin's ganks are very straightforwad: Walk into lane, use E on the enemy laner, acquire 300 gold. However, he has no tools to help him actually reach E range of you. Good warding and not overextending early should make it pretty much impossible for him to gank you outside of a tower dive.
Xin has no other way to close the gap on an enemy other than using his E and is extremely reliant on landing autos with his Q to get his E back faster. A Xin that is denied his CD reductions from Q is left without much to fight with for quite some time.
Xin's preferred build of Devourer->Rageblade leaves him extremely squishy for the first 20 minutes of the game or so and that means you should absolutely focus him if he dares to go in with those items.
With that in mind. how do you beat Xin? For 1, he's quite vulnerable to counterjungling from faster farming junglers such as Shyvana, Udyr, Mundo, Nidalee, and Elise. All of those champions can often 1v1 Xin as well and, at the very least, should be able to get away from him if need be. That means you invade his jungle early and often. Another thing is that Xin is very reliant on successful early ganks to get rolling. Playing safe and looking to countergank with another strong early jungler can easily keep him from getting anything done early game and delay his scaling massively. This is the absolute most important tip I can give: Do not feed Xin early. The absolute worst thing you can do against a hyper scaling fighter, whether it's Xin, Yi, Jax, or Yasuo is to feed them early and get them their powerspikes several minutes earlier.
However, Xin is sometimes going to get those early ganks and he's going to get his items eventually, so how do you then deal with him? Any type of tank with unavoidable controlling CC is an excellent choice. Think Alistar, Braum, Maokai, Leona, Sejuani, etc. Xin has only 1 way to get into a fight, and that's by using his E. You know this, so you need to watch him, wait for the E, and then lock him up and have your team burst him down. If that means you need to hold onto big CC until he makes his move, then that is what you must do. Xin, like the other fighters I mentioned in the last paragraph, likes running into an unprepared team and just cleaning up everyone 1 at a time. You need to make sure that you have abilities ready for when he tries to do this. Remember, Xin really isn't that tanky. His ult gives him some resistances and his W heals him a fair bit, but he needs to be attacking to make use of either of those things. You can and should be focusing him if he tries to do anything; you are better off all focusing the Xin and taking some free damage from the enemy carries for a few seconds than you are trying to split focus and having Xin rip you apart.
Tl;DR Don't feed him early, pick champs with strong controlling CC, and focus him whenever he tries to go in.
Honestly you just need to not let him snowball early game. This generally means either picking someone who is mobile or just sitting at tower and giving up CS.
Keep in mind Xin's at a 52% winrate in plat+ too. I can't imagine him in low elo.
