Tier 1:
1 can push entire lane all the way to nexus even if hes 0 10, other is very frustrating to deal with and both are pretty simple based kits and haven't received any changes recently
Tier 2: 
Just a few changes to make them more viable, rework 1 or 2 spells, something similar to Cho changes recently just not so strong

Handy Sandy 1 votesIf Karthus gets changed in any way he's gonna be broken as hell. When mains play him they're oppressive, his Q damage is just insane after you've been hit a couple times which makes him such a good champion to OTP. When people pick him up, he's not completely useless because of his ult and his damage never falls off even if he's like 0/6. It's also less effective to focus him in teamfights because of his passive and then his ult can't be interrupted. He's fine right now.
