I'm kind of confused cause most threads I've seen about Lulu here complain about how much of a lane bully she is while maxing E. I don't see how lowering the shield is supposed to fix that when most Lulus are just using it for the damage anyways.
Because her damage isn't really the problem, that's just people being annoyed in the laning phase. Her issue is that she peels so well for these hyper carries, and nerfing her shield is a good starting point.
Pretty sure she just has a skin on the way at this point. Ivern receiving pointless nerfs lulu getting that tickle give me a pretty good feel that is the reason.
I don't see why they aren't instead cutting Polymorph in half.

Whimsy I feel lasts a bit too long. Think it lasts the same amount as Tahm Kench W
shielding meta is getting old. karma and lulu need nerfing.
They already nerfed the E back in Season 4. Less than 200 base dmg on a rank 5 ability would be absolutely pitiful, and 0.4 AP is about as low a ratio a dmg ability can have.
I don't understand why they're nerfing Lulu at all with the meta shifting. Lulu was popular and strong because it was an assassin/burst meta and she does very good in those metas. Its going to be a tank meta now though and Lulu only does so-so in those. :/
