Vayne has been popular and hated and perma banned in the past. There was a time long ago when she could be played in jungle and top as well as bot because of how effective she proved as an assassin in her previous and unmentionable unhealthy state.

I agree that she is one ADC that should NOT be buffed.

Vayne has only ever been perm banned when a mechanic in the game is breaking her (last pre season relic shield)

^^ that mechaic wouldnt be Relic shield but rather %max hp true damage. But everyone is doing basicly % max hp true damage and better because of negative defenses so she isnt as needed now

Don't you see its the perfect plan, we can't ban Yasuo and Akali if we are too busy banning vayne!

Their ban rates will drop, successful balancing.

Or, just maybe, this means that you don't have to ban Yasuo if you have Vayne on your team? :D The only thing better than not seeing Yasuo in a game is seeing him spam his mastery as he dies over and over...
