Janna's Nerf

• Tailwind (Passive) now ["Janna's nearby allied champions gain 8% increased Movement Speed when moving towards her."] from ["Janna and her nearby allied champions gain 5% increased Movement Speed."]

• Zepyhr (W) passive movement speed increased to 9/11/13/15/17 from 4/6/8/10/12

So instead of granting 5% movespeed, it's now 8% when moving towards her. I don't think there is any issue with this, but I'm wondering whether it might be more useful if the buff is 8% movespeed when moving away from her. She can act as the wind that pushes her team forward when engaging, and helps her team to retreat when disengaging. Currently, she'll be leading her team to engage and leading her team to retreat for them to benefit from her passive. However, her current one might be more useful during laning phase, although I'm not sure about that.

I'm not familiar with her positioning in the pro scene, so can anyone point out which one would be more useful?
