force her into building tear like jayce. No way she should not be punished for feeding in lane. she can roam on your mid that wont listen to you pinging... she is already oppressive enough. do you want me to sit mid in a bush looking for her ganks just for her to get free creeps/xp top when she randomly appears there? is that really what you want? she has insane scaling and actually defense mechanisms.

just had her ult nerfed and mana costs / CD increased a patch or two ago, right?
And with the stealth nerfs to Lethality and Armor Pen, she's barely playable right now.

Quinn doesn't scale, she falls off. Also she's been nerfed to the ground already, when Quinn isn't having a desirable lane she tends to roam and have an impact elsewhere. That's what she is designed to do, you're basically asking to kill a champ's core design. You punished her in lane but she punished you for taking ignite, you couldnt match her roaming potential and therefore couldn't have a global impact.
