51 ap teemo
how is it even fair for teemo to start with 51 ap lvl 1? how am I supposed to play against that? he had just as much armor as I did and he took no defensive runes. he did more damage than me at lvl 3

Teemo can only really influence his lane and suffers when it comes to teamfights so just don't feed him and buy control wards and you win.

Don't be greedy and take scaling CDR runes against a heavy AP threat. This is a large part of why you lost. You have also no MR at all. You took only 3(!) scaling(!) MR runes. You didn't have any relevant defensive runes either.

Rush a cowl. It does so much against Teemo specifically because his poison re-procs the cowl.

He did not have as much armor as you. I'm looking at the game, you had 33 at level 1, he had 24.

Fiora is more late game oriented, while Teemo is early game oriented. He will do more damage than you early on, especially if you don't parry the blind. Play for lategame.
