Fizz W offers too much safety for such a strong duelist

people are abusing this champ again top (which is not what I am here to complain about) isn't that a sign of him being overtuned? the fact is that W offers too much safe waveclear AND dueling power for fizz that he can get ahead early and then roam while mid. You need to take away one of those two things

Now here is my side rant. you need to punish people for not utilizing their champions or playing as a team for ex. my last match was as follows our team top to bot renekton (me) eve jg, talon, vayne blitz their team top to bot gp, yi, fizz, lucian morg

I crapped on gp but eve got the kills and his farm was bad until fizz roamed 24/7 on me. Fizz destroyed talon and the talon player was so incompetent he never roamed to make up for it until i started harassing him for not roaming in which he responded "solo me kid"

This is LoL not 1v1 and talon is the best roamer in the game. this kid needs to have some form of punishment for his mentality that mid is a 1v1 lane and picks talon to never roam. that is greifing your team in season 7 look at replays of who wins games. I'm not talking about banning or chat restrictions. I don't care if it is some form of verbal reminder that they need to play as a team but it needs to start because people are throwing games singlehandedly in silver

so nerf fizz w. contemplate punishments for selfish kids other than the entire team losing LP
