Is going to raise olaf to pick or ban? Or possibly just raise his pick rate by a ton? For those who don't know, currently on the pbe warlord's bloodlust has been changed to "Gain increasingly more Life Steal based on your missing health against champions (up to 20%). Against minions gain 50% benefit". Thoughts?

You must not have read the rework on the PBE. The new Warlords won't have anything to do with Crit anymore. It just gives increased Lifesteal.

It's not going to help ADCs much. If that is what Riot had in mind with this change it will really show just how bad at balance their season 6 team is.
The thing is ADCs die from burst, not really from sustained damage. Sure there are those few times a game where your life steal keeps you alive but generaly you get burst out and the increased life steal wont help much.
Who it's going to really help are people like AAtrox, Olaf, Volibear, and anyone else who is tanky and builds a bit of life steal so this new item will push them over the edge. It will also be a direct counter to thronmail making already OP ad assasin types even more OP as they will inherently gain the life steal they need to counter your thronmail. Its really a horrible idea.
Any semi tanky bruiser with life steal and this mastery that can still do some decent damage from attacks is going to use this. ADCs.... well it will help but it wont make that much difference.

VVoe1 votesI dont think It will be enough at all to put olaf into pick an ban worthy. In the current meta Olaf is just in a really bad spot. He doesnt do great against super tanks like malphite or shen or poppy. Olaf being picked is just super dependent on the comp around him and whether teams will want to put alot of their eggs in an Olaf suprise basket with say a zilean or lulu or sivir pick. Ith sivir not being that strong im not sure the warlords change will be enough to put the single focused juggernaut into op city. It will be great for solo q if you want to just duel people alot and solo fight. Plus fervor is a solid pick on him for early lane fights and skirmishes as it increases damage on all his damaging abilities immensley with his 1:1 ratio on q an .4 ratio on e. Which btw is in direct conflict with their previous statement of not wanting to give away to much life steal. Remember when LS quints got nerfed for that very reason?
