Hextech Morgana Mid

Has any one tried this? Does it work? Is there enough synergy with her passive for it to make sense? Would you tie it in with a lich bane?

One of the strong points about Morgana as a mid laner or support is the very long range of her Q. You get to choose when and how you go all in with your ult, hopefully with a item 3157 if you plan on surviving a 5v5. If you build things like item 3146 and item 3100 you are essentially forcing yourself to get closer to your enemy, which can be very bad for Morgana since she has zero mobility.

I highly doubt it. Her cooldowns are too long.
