Urgot is weak and needs a lot of work. How could they let him go live like this?

There are only a VERY few match up where Urgot is "ok".

Most match ups and team comps there are way better champs to pick.

His Auto attacks are STUPID slow.

His W does soo little damage even with 300+ AD The slow on his W means you almost NEVER get the full damage of it off. The shield does not make up for the trickle of damage it does while other champs get all of their damage up front. Its ONLY his legs that do damage and they are on Long CD until Late game but he cant keep up from early mid game.

His E is WAY too short of a dash. His OWN E STOPS is W from attacking so you lose out on 1/4-1/3 of its damage

His Q does almost no damage it would seem

If he gets CCed (stunned, knocked up) he loses Lock on (bug?)

His Ult will not out right kill a target that you dropped to 0 or below HPs It pulls them in and if you die they still live.

He has so many problems its stupid he went live at all.

Thats funny, i have yet to lose a game with him, and my lowest grade on him is 1 +A.

I think you havent learned how to play him yet. For starters, if u r casting E or Q during W then u r playing him completly wrong lol.

He has to be counterable and have counter play.

Running fervor and BC makes his W hurt like a bitch in trades. Combined with mallet and your target is less likely to escape.

Add your passive with proper positioning and he chunks.

Urgots damage is good, but not really good enough. The reduced damage from multiple legs thing is really reducing his potential power. He could possibly stand to have the % reduced damage he changed to 5% with a minimum of 70% damage instead and reduce his numbers a bit by maybe 20 - 60 from the base damage at levels 1 to 11.

But I don't really think cleaver is a good item for urgot anymore. The move speed he gains doesn't make up enough for what he loses when he activates w, and he has enough % hp damage to shred most champs anyway. It's better to rush frozen mallet into steraks for the slow that ensures you unload your entire w on them and for the burst shield. I've played 3 games so far rushing mallet > steraks (also running stone plate after that) and 2 of the three were much better than when I rushed cleaver. The third game I played against alkali and had my ass handed to me repeatedly, but that wasn't an indication of the build as much as it was of my terrible play. ######(and that the champ is broken af rito plz)

Oh and also, the e and q seem to lock urgot out of his w animation significantly longer than it should sometimes which is quite frustrating.

_This is not to say that the op is correct in all his claims, but urgot could definitely use a tiny love tap here and there to be better. _

You don't get Cleaver for MS on Urgot in my experience, you get it for armor shred and CDR.

Yep, specially since he gets max stacks in litterly E>Q>W(1 sec worth)

Well, as I've said Ive said I don't believe the armour shred is required and I also don't think the cdr is very necessary. His cooldown are low enough, and his w has enough uptime that you really just want to make effective use of its entire duration. His ult cooldown is also really low, something like sion ult, where you don't need a ton of cdr to have it up often enough to use it. 20% cdr seems like enough for urgent to function in my experience, and you can get that from many other items.

I think one of the biggest issues Urgot has is the E animation lock. It's really punishing in a lot of cases and almost no one with a brain will get hit by it. Pulls also fuck it up and you end up flying past people (probably a bug to be fair). If they legit removed the delay he has on it then it would be a lot better.

I agree, the delay feels awkward, and for how short a distance it is it shouldnt have that delay any way.

I mean I can understand it on someone like Galio, that dash feels right. Urgot's is just awkward on every end. Doesn't help when so many champions also have a dash without a delay.

well he's a a big guy. are you gonna expect him to be as fluid as say ekko or leblanc with their teeny stick frames?

good i destoyed nasus with him last night. His shield is stupid strong. I only used ulti once. YOu cant play him like a brain-dead moron and expect to win. i love his w its damage is good mid to late game. Only prob i have with him is it is hard to land his q until u build frozen mallet. Late game he is def a monster he doesnt even need to ulti ppl. hell i dove into a 1 vs 3 late game and took literally no damage and killed 1 b4 they all ran for thier lives. It waas svery satisfing lol. while i agrre his e is damn hard to land (way to easy to dodge) in lane, it is ungodly easy in team fights . i missed all but a few in lane while damn near never missing one in a teamfight. I do not like that it seems to cancel damage from he w though. I fell he could be a tad better but if they buff him be might be busted as hell.

Landing Q is easy in lane vs any melee champ, and even on some ranged.

When they go up to farm you predict it and go.

E>Q>W. By the time the stun from E is over Q has about .5 to .25 secs to detonate, depending how fast you are at getting it out. Then you just reck them with W+passive
