There should be a mandatory max MS/ping for playing a ranked match

I don't understand WHY people enjoy playing with massive pings from the other side of the world, but it's kind of strange. I think it would be an easy fix to have the client check for ping to server when you queue. If your ping is over a certain threshold, say 150ms, you aren't allowed to queue a ranked match until it is reduced.

I just got out of a match with a presumably foreign (not typing in english) duo queue on NA servers in mid and ADC positions, their pings were always over 250ms. Obviously these were important positions for the game, but they were clearly lagging the entire time - slow to react, on and off just standing still not moving, etc. Doesn't make for a good game, and I'm not saying punish them, just kick them out of ranked queue on a server if your ping is too high.
