The first 3-4 matches in placements have too much weight compared to the rest

Pretty much the first 3-4 games will determine where you will be placed and the last 6-7 serve as minor MMR adjustments. I boosted two smurf accounts, both with 8 wins out of 10. The first account I only lost torwards the end and was placed in gold 5. The second account I lost 2 games towards the beginning and guess where I got placed? Silver 3. That's a 3 division difference. I mean if you are good enough you will eventually climb to the spot you deserve but if you are unfortunate enough to get trolls or afks in your first few matches your mmr is gonna be heavily skewed and it will take you a time to climb. I feel like this could be avoided if all matches in placements are equally weighted.
