Just pick an assassin like akali, ekko, and fizz and go full tank with maybe a bit of sustain
They aren't OP but when people don't know how to play its really easy to get away with.
Of course you'll still lose if they actually have a comp for the match type.

Once faced an enemy team where 4 players just walked to their first tower and walked around it, not realizing that the pathing wasn't sending them anywhere. XD
It's just funny when people hit their noses into a wall.
