Can we please stop this pulling the nerfs on Riots fave champions
It's getting beyond bullshit, underplayed champion starts getting played for a patch or two and gets their knees broken by the nerf hammer, but the good old Lee/Zed/Lucian who we see in every fucking game for the last 2 years, gotta be super careful and over evaluate the consequences of the changes

the nerf did absolutely nothing. The W nerf is close to irrelevent.

Wrong...they made him a much shorter ranged champion, to the point now that he almost entirely revolves around his dash. As in, if his dash is down, he's subpar in fights. He now has clear weaknesses to ranged champions, which he had before. People just knee-jerk to Lucian. If you use that same build on Draven, Quinn or even MF, they will still tear through you just as fast. It's not Lucian himself, it's the fact that Lucian can build like a fighter and be successful with it (and fighters naturally beat out ADCs). He's not the only one who can build this way. He's not nearly as strong as people claim, they just suck at playing against him. In 6.10 I never lost a lane to Lucian while playing Draven or Quinn, using the yommus/cleaver build. Draven flat out trades auto attacks harder, and Quinn's passive + her blind makes Lucian's passive useless and makes you easily win trades against him. Too bad everybody likes to forget Quinn exists.
People want to pick late game hyper carries against him and wonder why they're getting destroyed in lane...
If you picked Ashe mid right now, you'd get fucking destroyed by any assassin like Fizz or LeBlanc. That's what people are doing here when they say Lucian out-trades everyone with no effort (duh the yommus/cleaver build is going to fucking destroy you early when you're a LATE GAME champion). Lots of people don't understand the concept of a late game, they think the whole game revolves around laning phase. If you pick Jinx, you aren't trying to win lane, you're trying to survive it. Understand your champion. Learn your matchups, and how to play them. If you don't want to get bullied by Lucian, you need to play a lane bully yourself, or have a sustain support and play safe and bypass the laning phase. Any other lane bully can go toe to toe with Lucian easily, in fact Caitlyn pretty much shits on him.

No, it means I have more experience with this champion, and therefore I know what I'm talking about. Lucian is very popular, I don't just play him, I play against him quite frequently. Do you think that a person with 0 experience in a given area is the expert on it? Hell no, you go to someone with experience. Your logic is flawed to hell.

The whole point of his Q range nerf is to take away his in lane safety poke. He now has to get in low range to do damage instead of Q'ing a minion and subsequently hitting you.

Revali1 votesI think the Ult can crit is to entice players NOT to build cleaver and go for full crit so his ult does insanely more damage, but doesn't melt tanks as hard for the (rest) of his team,
Edit: I mean look at mf, she's abusing the same build Lucian is pretty much, but the fact her ult is aoe is a completely different thing, though I do think it needs more toned down on her than lucians.
