while i dont personally care if hec can jump out of a snare. i do think its stupid to have certain champs being able to uses to dashes out of snares but not others. rito either needs to let all champs dash out or none. or at least make it only stop dashes that dont do damage. becuase not being about to use a damaging skill because your rooted is pretty bs
